Simplified Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service

SpeakerAgent.ai provides an AI-powered agentic workflow designed to assist in lead generation and outreach. While our agents are highly sophisticated, we do not guarantee a specific number of bookings, responses, or revenue. We provide the architecture; the market determines the result.

2. Intellectual Property (The "What's Yours is Yours" Rule)

• Speaker Content: You retain 100% ownership of all books, articles, and IP uploaded to the platform.
• The System: SpeakerAgent.ai retains ownership of the underlying "Manifest Architecture," workflow logic, and software code.

3. Review & Approval (Your Safety Net)

The Speaker acknowledges that AI can occasionally produce "hallucinations" or linguistic errors. By default, all outreach is placed in an Approval Queue. You are responsible for the final review of all pitches. Once you click "Approve" or "Send," you assume full responsibility for the content of that communication.

4. Subscription & Scout Runs

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard.
• Scout Runs: Each plan includes a set number of Scout runs per month. A Scout run activates the agent to discover, vet, and generate pitches for speaking opportunities. The number of leads returned per run depends on your credentials, target niche, and market availability. Scout runs do not roll over month-to-month.

5. Ethical Use

You agree not to use the service to generate spam, harassment, or deceptive content. We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates professional standards or uses the agent to misrepresent their credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

SpeakerAgent.ai is provided "as is." We are not liable for any lost opportunities, damaged reputations, or technical outages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 3 months.
