1. Your IP Remains Yours
Any "Core IP" you upload -- including book manuscripts, proprietary frameworks, and speech transcripts -- remains your exclusive property. SpeakerAgent.ai does not claim any ownership over your intellectual property. We are the stewards of your data, not the owners.
2. No Model Training
We are committed to data integrity. Your proprietary data and unique "Voice Profile" are used exclusively to power your personal agent. We do not use your data to train our base models, nor is it ever shared to improve the agents of other authors on the platform.
3. Strategic Isolation
Your "Master Manifest" and strategic targeting parameters are walled off. Your competitive advantage (who you are pitching and how) is yours alone. Our multi-tenant architecture ensures that no other user on the platform can access your research or outreach history.
4. Human-in-the-Loop Control
You have the final say. Our agent drafts the pitches, but you hold the keys. Through the Approval Queue, you can review, edit, or reject any communication before it leaves the "Office." We ensure your reputation is never at the mercy of an unsupervised algorithm.
5. The Right to Export
We don't believe in "Platform Lock-in." If you ever decide to move your operations, you can export your Manifest data and contact history. Your business intelligence belongs to you.
